The enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, city, the panel type you selected, and your indicated weekly settlement range. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss our services with you.
The form is processed on our behalf by Formspree, which delivers the submission to us. Your details pass through Formspree's systems and are subject to their privacy practices in addition to this policy.
Live chat
Our live chat is provided by Tawk.to. If you open the chat widget, Tawk.to may collect your messages along with technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit on this site, and may set cookies in your browser to keep your conversation going between page loads. This is handled by Tawk.to under their privacy practices.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not build advertising profiles from your visit. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry submissions for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local data protection law. To make a request, contact us through the enquiry form or the live chat on this site.
